Official agencies for the collection of political information exist at Peking, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Singapore. Of the Foreign Office agencies at Peking and Shanghai I will say nothing beyond the question of Indian sedition engages their attention and that the interests of the Goverment of India will not be forgotten.
